We’re looking for an extremely customer-focused Lead UX Designer who has experience with leading both projects and other designers. Working closely with our engineers, project managers, and international teams to design and build customer solutions you’ll champion the UX practice within our Seattle office.
What you’ll do
This role will incorporate leading the full design process from concept development through to wire-frames to high-fidelity specs. You will delight our customers by turning their requirements into usable and useful experiences. As an advocate for usability, design and innovation within Provoke and for our customers, you will ensure emerging technologies are front of mind, identifying opportunities to incorporate best current thinking into solution design. What are we looking for?
In this critical role, it’s imperative you have at least 4 years’ experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer or similar. This means bringing to the table the ability to explore multiple design solutions to a given problem or feature then communicating those solutions visually through sketches, user flows, wire-frames, functional prototypes, and/or high-fidelity designs, as necessary.
